Which one should I choose?

  • Smaller bathroom or ensuite? The K30 is the most compact (600 × 380 × 465 mm) and comes with an auto-open lid as standard.
  • Want the best value? The K68 ($2,490) is the sharpest price in the range; the K4 ($2,690) adds automatic operation.
  • After a clean, seamless look? The K3 hides everything in a concealed built-in cistern.
  • Unusual or tight rough-in? The K1 has a variable connector that fits S-trap 60–320 mm, so it suits almost any bathroom.

Buying guide & FAQs

Do I need a licensed plumber to install it?

Yes — smart toilets should be installed by a licensed plumber. We offer professional Sydney-metro installation as an add-on on each product page; outside Sydney metro, use your own licensed plumber.

Do I need a power point next to the toilet?

Yes — a smart toilet needs a dedicated power point (GPO) nearby to run. If you don't have one, add our power-point installation option (installed by a licensed electrician) on the product page.

S-trap or P-trap — how do I know which I need?

It depends on your bathroom's existing waste outlet (“rough-in”). The K1, K3 and K4 use a variable connector that covers most common setups. If you're not sure, measure the distance from the wall to the centre of the waste and contact us before ordering — we'll help you confirm.

Are LORENTIS toilets legal to install in Australia?

Yes. Every model is WaterMark, WELS and SAA certified — the approvals required for compliant, legal installation in Australian homes. Un-certified imports can fail plumbing inspection, so this matters.

How much water and power do they use?

A water-efficient 4.5 / 3 L dual flush, and instant (tankless) heating of roughly 1100–1150 W — only drawn while the wash or dryer is actually in use, not constantly.

What happens in a power outage?

The smart functions (wash, dryer, heated seat, auto features) need power. Most models include a manual flush option — contact us and we'll confirm the manual-flush method for the model you're considering.

How is delivery handled?

We ship Australia-wide. For a delivery timeframe to your postcode, get in touch and we'll confirm before you order.

What about warranty and support?

You'll have Australian-based support after your purchase. Contact us for current warranty terms on your chosen model.
