How we handle the details and photos you send us through this website.
Who we are

What we collect
- When you ask for a free assessment: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the models you are interested in, your timeframe, your order number if you have one, anything you write to us, the photos of your bathroom you upload, and whether you ticked “Keep me posted on offers”.
- If you tick “Keep me posted on offers”, we may email you about LORENTIS offers. It is optional and unticked unless you tick it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you send a question: your name, your phone number and/or email address, and anything else you choose to give us.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source=instagram), the page you sent the form from and the referring site. Your browser keeps these tags only for the current visit (session storage) so they can be sent with your form.
- Your cart: the items you add are kept in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you check out.
- Basic technical details sent by your browser: the country Cloudflare detects and your browser type. Your IP address is used only in hashed form for a few minutes to stop spam, and is not stored with your details.
Why we collect it
To assess your bathroom from your photos and work out the install cost and method, to contact you about your assessment or question, to arrange your install, and to understand which of our posts and ads bring people to the site.
Where it is stored
Assessment requests, questions and photos are stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV), which may hold data on servers outside Australia. A copy of each assessment request, with its photos, may be emailed to our LORENTIS inbox. Only LORENTIS staff who handle assessments and installs can access them. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Emails
We use your contact details to reply to you and to arrange your install. If you signed up to our earlier email list, you can unsubscribe here.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details and photos by emailing info@lorentis.com.au or calling 1300 709 100. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
